Content Writer

Desired Profile:

As a Content writer your primary job shall include creating content across four main platforms:

1. Email

Create a content plan for Email send out. We currently send out 6 emails/per week across three industry segments to a database size of 50000 contacts and is our primary source of lead generation.

Complete the Email scripts for each month and hand over to the Automation analyst to setup the campaigns via our CRM tool Ontraport.

You will coordinate with the Automation analyst to review the open and click rates and improvise all future content sendouts.

Emails are generally a mix of blogs lead magnets event invites and 9word emails opening dialogues.

2. Landing Pages

Create content for landing pages for Events and Lead magnets

3. Social Posts (primarily LinkedIn)

Create content for daily posts on LinkedIn which are a mix of Case studies rants personal stories wins and customer belief challenging.

We will require content for 5 posts/week x 3 LinkedIn profiles.

4. Social Adverts

Create content for Facebook and LinkedIn ads and handoff to Social Media analyst for ad setup

Monitor clickthrough rates and improvise content

Key Responsibilities:

• Investing effort in understanding the business domain aligned to the Coach and the challenges faced by our customers in their business.
• Understanding our Ideal customer profile and creating a Hotbutton map to use as the basis for all content creation.
• Create detailed content independently based on highlevel topics discussed and agreed.
• Ensure all email sendouts social posts Ads Landing page content are submitted in a timely manner.
• Consistently test and measure content engagement rates and improvise on an ongoing basis.
• Be open to working as a team cohesively with other staff.
