Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service management or catering is required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation standards
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, staff, and vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak periods
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures to manage stock levels efficiently
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper hygiene practices
