We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales through effective communication relationship building and persuasive selling techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact your earnings based on your performance and achievements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients/customers within the target market.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking and online research.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM softwares such as Hubspot Salesforce etc.
- Knowledge in the recruitment area will be necessary.
Compensation:
Commission based salary. Successfull candidates have the potencial to earn competitive commissions percentage on sales.
