Tasks

• Establishing longterm customer relationships with a focus on Value Selling Proposal
• Acquisition support and consulting of potential and existing customers
• Elaboration and promotion of our proposals
• Provide ongoing and proactive support to customers in collaboration with R&D department on project development quality improvements and commercial contract negotiations
• Assist with legal discussions and pricing agreements for management approval
• Establish and regularly review annual sales goals and longterm forecasts
• Represent Aritec in industrial fairs. Elaborate Sales Strategy and Sales ReportingFrequent business travel within Europe

Requirements

• You have a technical or commercial degree
• You have 25 years of professional experience in the automotive industry and ideally experience in the field of synthetic fibres
• You have a solid technical understanding of different transmission belts
  and tires and synthetic fibres used for their reinforcement
• You are an open outgoing and proactive personality and can work under pressure
• You are results and goal oriented and have a structured way of working and a networked way of thinking
• You have a high degree of selfmotivation independently and you are customeroriented
• You have a strong will to succeed and a high level of commitment
• You integrate well into a team
• You can work efficiently and independently
• Language skills: English professional level in written and spoken German fluent preferred other language is a plus
