Your tasks

At Bots & People were on the lookout for our inaugural Senior UX/UI Designer. Picture this: you wont just be a contributor; youll be the visionary shaping the user experience and interface for our groundbreaking product. This is chance to not just contribute but to pioneer and build the product design function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the UX/UI design strategy for our digital products.
• Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to deeply understand our users needs.
• Create and iterate on wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Set the standard for design excellence and mentor future design team members.
• Advocate for usercentric design principles throughout the company.

Your profile

Youll be a good fit if you:

• Have minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience please make sure to attach or link your portfolio to your application.
• Have spent most of your time working in a B2B environment with a focus on enterprise customers.
• Have Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch Figma Adobe XD).
• Have strong background in user research usability testing and design thinking.
• Are an excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Are fluent in English
