Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conducts Market research and competitive analysis and understands the reasons customers purchase products
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements
• Ensures/tracks business cases and customer satisfaction goals are met by communicating closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support
• Develops positioning for the product and put the product growth plan
• Reviews MVP/Prototypes/Release plans/ Release notes and ensure they meet and align to the product roadmap
• Sets the OKRs/KPIs for measuring the product/features success
• Puts Integration and Launch plans together with the tech team
• Defines the Customer and User personas and understands their needs
• Reviews and direct/align User Journeys and User story maps
