- Take end-to-end responsibility of student admission and ensure that their queries are handled & resolved immediately through emails, phone calls etc.
- Managing details of sales account on CRM software with constant updation.
- Understanding the requirements of the students thoroughly and pitching products/services accordingly
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales on CRM software
- Being aware of the work being done by the competition and coming up with strategies to acquire those accounts
- Conducting reverse counseling where students are choosing similar courses in other institutions
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Conduct group or individual counseling sessions - Representing the college/specific Course - This will include outstation travel and stay
- Work closely with marketing and School relationship team to ideate and develop strategies.

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- You have at least 2+ years experience within a Counselor or Sales (B2C) role, within the Educational Sector
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- Should have demonstrated experience of sales growth in the past
