Essential skills & experience:
- Experience in HR with an understanding of all HR disciplines
- Experience leading the delivery of cyclical processes such as performance and reward
- Proven experience managing performance improvement plans
- Ability to help business leaders to find lasting solutions to persistent and/or urgent issues
- Clear and articulate communicator confident in leading challenging or difficult conversations with stakeholders of all levels
- Experience gathering, analysing and interpreting HR data and analytics to provide meaningful insight to business leaders enabling informed decision making
