Assistant Manager Accounts

Job Title: Vendors & Other Payment Management Executive


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented professional to join our team as a Vendor & Other Payment Management Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities including Company Statutory Audits coordination with external authorities liaison with other departments coordination with branch offices ledgers scrutiny adjustments in books calculation of customer discounts MIS reporting and other related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


Company Statutory Audits:

Coordinate and facilitate the companys statutory audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Liaison with Outside Authorities:

Establish effective communication channels with external authorities and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.

Coordination with Other Departments:

Collaborate with various departments within the organization to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Coordination with Branch Offices:

Maintain effective communication and coordination with branch offices to ensure consistency in financial practices.

Ledgers Scrutiny and Adjustments:

Conduct thorough scrutiny of ledgers and implement necessary adjustments in the financial books.

Discount Calculations and Posting:

Calculate customer additional discounts cash discounts and Time of Delivery (TOD) calculations. Ensure accurate posting of these transactions.

MIS Reporting:

Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports as per the requirements of the Head of Department (HOD) and senior management.

Balance Sheet and P&L A/c Related Work:

Contribute to the preparation of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts. Generate related reports as needed by the HOD and management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.

Proven experience in financial management and accounting.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and audit processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MIS reporting and financial analysis.

Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
