We are pleased to announce an opening for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sr. Business Development professional at TRBITIX. This role is critical in expanding our presence in both domestic and international markets.
Position: Sr. Business Development
Location: Noida U.P.
Experience Required: 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development in areas such as RPO FTE Resource Augmentation Contract Hiring Staffing Solutions and C2H.
- Develop and leverage an extensive network across India with a preference for experience in the Middle East and SouthEast Asia markets.
- Engage with CHROs Talent Acquisition SPOCs and industry stakeholders to generate new business and enhance revenue.
- Focus on new client acquisition and expand horizontally and vertically within existing accounts.
Client Engagement Duties:
- Acquire new clients through effective market research and closing agreements.
- Manage and nurture accounts ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Explore and identify new avenues for business growth across various sectors including FMCG Automotive Construction FinTech Technology/IT/ITES BFSI/Investment Banking Pharma Retail eCommerce Real Estate Media and Broadcasting.
- Work closely with the founders and senior management to meet quarterly annual and longterm revenue targets.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct groundlevel activities such as identifying new prospects making cold pitches and initiating client engagements.
