The ideal candidate should possess Telecommunications experience be adept at frequent interactions with new people and have the ability to assess a candidates potential through insightful questioning. Experience in grassroots and boots on the ground recruiting is essential along with excellent organizational skills to establish and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Moreover a commitment to both meeting and surpassing assigned quotas is crucial.
Roles and amp; Responsibilities:
- Designated recruiter responsible for finding RF Repair Technicians in the Northeast.
- Conduct interviews via phone or inperson.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates.
- Act as the contact person for candidate inquiries.
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
- Create and implement recruitment strategies and interview plans for various warehouse positions.
- Utilize online recruiting resources and inhouse ATS to identify and recruit top candidates.
- Assess resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Provide complete accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company client and position.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Document all communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Manage the presentation selection offer negotiation closing and administrative components involved in recruiting.
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and costeffective sourcing/recruiting strategies.
- Develop an effective pipeline of warehouse talent for potential upcoming opportunities.
- Prior experience in recruiting for high volume hiring (HVH) in warehouse positions is required.
