Job Description

A major logistics repair and engineering company that caters to the largest telecommunications and cable providers boasting over 10000 fulltime employees across 60 worldclass operations in the US and a global presence with more than 20000 employees worldwide.

The ideal candidate should possess Telecommunications experience be adept at frequent interactions with new people and have the ability to assess a candidates potential through insightful questioning. Experience in grassroots and boots on the ground recruiting is essential along with excellent organizational skills to establish and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Moreover a commitment to both meeting and surpassing assigned quotas is crucial.


Roles and amp; Responsibilities:

  • Designated recruiter responsible for finding RF Repair Technicians in the Northeast.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or inperson.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates.
  • Act as the contact person for candidate inquiries.
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies and interview plans for various warehouse positions.
  • Utilize online recruiting resources and inhouse ATS to identify and recruit top candidates.
  • Assess resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Provide complete accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company client and position.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Document all communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Manage the presentation selection offer negotiation closing and administrative components involved in recruiting.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and costeffective sourcing/recruiting strategies.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of warehouse talent for potential upcoming opportunities.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for high volume hiring (HVH) in warehouse positions is required.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highenergy and passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
  • Ability to work with diverse people and technologies.
  • Good organizational time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision prioritize tasks and identify and resolve problems.
  • Effective negotiating skills.
  • Maintain a laser focus high energy and an exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Knowledge and past use of applicant tracking and amp; VMS systems.
  • Ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national multilocation level.
  • Internet and Social Media savvy with experience in mining online databases.
  • Quick learner of systems processes and procedures.
