Lead Digital Marketing Social Strategy

Popcentral Nigerias premier general entertainment platform is seeking a strategic and resultsdriven individual to join our team as the Lead Digital Marketing & Social Strategy. In this key role you will be responsible for shaping and executing Popcentrals digital marketing and social media strategies with a primary focus on Twitter Instagram TikTok and YouTube. An additional familiarity with LinkedIn and Facebook is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Popcentrals brand and objectives.

Identify and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility engagement and audience growth across social platforms with an emphasis on Twitter Instagram and TikTok.

2. Social Media Management:

Oversee the management and growth of Popcentrals social media platforms including Twitter Instagram and TikTok.

Oversee the development and implementation of social media content calendars to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.

3. Inhouse App Content management

Develop and implement content calendars to ensure fluency of content. Utilize expertise to develop and grow Popcentrals YouTube presence.

Implement strategies to increase subscribers views and overall engagement on the YouTube platform.

4. YouTube Channel Development:

Utilize expertise to develop and grow Popcentrals YouTube presence.

Implement strategies to increase subscribers views and overall engagement on the YouTube platform.

5. Content Amplification:

Collaborate with the Lead Creators & Content to amplify and promote video content across digital platforms.

Implement strategies to maximize the reach and impact of Popcentrals content ensuring it resonates with the target audience.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyse digital marketing and social media metrics.
Provide regular reports on performance insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Audience Engagement:

Engage with the audience across social media platforms fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.

Implement initiatives to encourage usergenerated content and audience participation.

8. Collaboration and Integration:

Collaborate with internal teams especially Content and Marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels.

Integrate digital marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies for maximum impact.

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media strategy preferably in the entertainment industry.
Demonstrated success in growing and managing YouTube channels.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms trends and best practices with a focus on Twitter Instagram TikTok &Youtube.

Familiarity with YouTube management is required.
LinkedIn and Facebook experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with a keen understanding of audience behaviour in the digital space.
