This is a remote position.

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in helping one of our government customers deliver extraordinary digital products. To be successful in this role you will have to excel at the following:
  • Leading Delivery Teams: Have lead one or more multidisciplinary delivery teams to deliver new products and/or iterations to existing products in accordance with user requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Define and obtain stakeholder buyin for product definition and delivery approach.
  • Project Planning: Create effective prioritized delivery plans and track schedules to meet user needs in a costeffective manner.
  • DataDriven Delivery: Support the delivery and iteration of digital services through effective analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Effective Communication and Reporting: Communicate credibly across a wide range of digital delivery disciplines and provide effective reporting to the customer and management to gauge project progress manage risks and meet expectations.


Requirements

You must have the following experience:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing the delivery of digital services and teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development processes and technologies.
  • Budget and resource management expertise
  • Ability to develop and maintain project management plans and other project documentation
  • Exceptional time management and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent risk management skills including identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder engagement.
  • Client and stakeholder management proficiency.
  • Ability to identify establish and maintain project metrics and team KPIs
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry best practices.
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.

We would love it if you also had the following:
  • Relevant certifications (PMP SPC CompTIA Project CSM SASM etc.)
  • Experience using leading project management tools (Jira Rally etc.)
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
