Your tasks
We are seeking a Technical Test Manager to oversee three agile delivery streams within Market Risk & Product Control. These streams encompass IT application build business data transformation and reporting on an analytical workbench based on Big Data technologies. Your role involves maintaining and executing the existing testing concept.
As a handson Technical Test Manager you will actively support teams during the implementation of the test concept. Your responsibilities include establishing and monitoring testingrelated measures providing valuable insights to both the project and senior management. We value practical experience particularly in test automation aiming to enhance the automation penetration of regression tests covering both UI and backend.
Beyond a theoretical approach we are looking for someone who can evaluate recommend and actively support the implementation. Flexibility is key as you may extend your support to various tasks outside the realm of testing contributing to the overall success of the project.

Must have competences
4 years experience working in complex environments in the capacity of a Test Manager covering all testing aspects of the SDLC incl. reporting
3 years experience working in agile environments. SAFe methodology is a strong plus (SAFe 46)
Experience with data platforms and Big Data (Dataiku & Tableau)
Good experience creating/maintaining test concepts also for agile setups
Handson attitude to support and guide agile teams including coaching to implement the testing concept
Experience with the used techstack: Kafka Hive Python SQL and Spark. (SQL is a must)
Sound experience with test automation tools in general
Experience with JIRA (XRAY is a strong plus)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines e.g. GitLab Jenkins)
Degree or education in computer science business informatics or a comparable field of study
ISTQB

High sense of responsibility and assertiveness
Openminded personality with strong problemsolving perspective and skills
Strong in stakeholder management and proficient in communication on different levels of management

Further information
Onsite work is preferred with 3 days in Zurich office / week.

Remote work is only possible out of Switzerland
