• Location: Dun Laoghaire South Dublin
• Position Type: Fulltime (40 hours per week)
• Shifts: Day shifts only up to 8 pm max
• Days: 5 days per week two weekends per month
• Leave: 20 annual leave days per year
• Salary: To be discussed

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the café's full team (1015 people 2 to 4 people per shift).
• Implement the company's strategy with excellent organizational skills.
• Report regularly to the founder/director and contribute new ideas.
• Uphold culture ensuring highstandard customer service.
• Oversee stock level checks supplies orders equipment maintenance etc.
• Apply and teach the team food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Prioritize Cleanliness and Quality Control in all aspects of operations.
• Engage in core tasks such as barista duties simple cooking waitering opening or closing procedures etc.

Essential Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required

Desired Experience

• Experience working in a cafe or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation
• Experience in menu planning and pricing
• Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
