Who are we looking for

In this role you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive technical support and training to our customers ensuring the proficient cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes. Additionally collaborating closely with territory managers and project managers in the IP department. Meet the team

Our IP team is currently comprised of two dedicated individualsa sales manager and a project manager. We collaborate closely holding weekly checkin meetings to discuss the progress of ongoing projects. Additionally as a valuable team member you will join the Medical Endoscopy Group which organizes annual teambuilding activities. Moreover throughout the year our company hosts various events such as summer and Christmas celebrations fostering a sense of camaraderie among all employees.

Tasks

• Conducting training sessions on Olympus IP portfolio.
• Providing onsite support postinstallation.
• Ensuring to adherence to guidelines for effective cleaning & disinfection.
• Supporting market introduction of new IP products.
• Conducting market analysis for an overview of the installed base.
• Staying updated on guidelines and competitor activities.
• Overseeing tender processes from initiation to completion.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely involvement for deadlines.
• Collaborating with Territory Manager (TM) to understand client needs.
• Attending hospital procedures ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Promoting IP portfolio through sales and events.
• Responding to customer needs developing creative solutions.
• Building business relationships with hospital staff.
• Working closely with Customer Solutions department.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a medical field with a preference for candidates with hospital working experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical devices industry.
• Strong clinical advising and educating skills with the ability to establish credibility with physicians and endoscopy staff.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal written interpersonal presentation and communication skills.
• Aptitude to understand and effectively communicate complex technical and clinical details.
• High motivation and adaptability to varying working environments.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented setting.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in regular travel within the Netherlands.
