As a Business Controller you will:- Play a key role in planning budgeting forecasting and monthly control cycles
- Create clear financial reports for management and shareholders
- Support strategic decisionmaking and business case development
- Drive performance ysis and improvement initiatives
- Identify and address company financial risks and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Economics or related field
- 35 years of experience in business control and/or financial ysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle Netsuite)
- Strong problemsolving and ytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss
- Ability to connect financial and nonfinancial data with business strategy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Additional Information
This is a hybrid position based in Amsterdam. A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficient in the use of SolidWorks for mechanical design. Previous experience with cooling technologies is advantageous. A creative, entrepreneurial spirit, with a knack for problem-solving.
