Position Overview:

As a Remote Recruiter at Remote Workmate you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process ensuring the seamless recruitment of skilled individuals for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for drafting compelling job descriptions conducting thorough video interviews and coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and finalize pricing details.


Responsibilities:
  • Attend discovery calls with clients to understand job requirements competencies skills and desired outputs.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking in crafting job descriptions understanding client requirements and aligning recruitment strategies with the broader organizational goals.
  • Create and refine job descriptions in collaboration with clients ensuring accuracy and appeal.
  • Collaborate with clients to finalize perhour pricing and billing details aligning with client and company objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges in filling the job openings and propose innovative solutions.
  • Post finalized job descriptions in Zoho and other platforms screen CVs and endorse promising candidates to clients.
  • Work with clients to coordinate interview schedules gather feedback and adjust processes as needed.
  • Conduct thorough video interviews to evaluate candidates competencies skills and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate candidate walkthroughs with clients ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) primarily Zoho to keep candidate records current.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Recruitment Specialists to strategically post job ads on social media and relevant platforms.
  • Establish clear and transparent communication channels with clients candidates and internal teams fostering strong relationships.
  • Go beyond transactional interactions to understand the clients business industry challenges and longterm goals thereby becoming a strategic partner in talent acquisition.

Key Performance Objectives:

First 2 weeks:
  • Conduct at least 2 introductory calls and compile initial insights for 3 upcoming job descriptions

  • Ensure 100% accurate and uptodate candidate records in Zoho.

  • Post finalized job descriptions on Zoho and other platforms.

  • Participate in at least

30 days:

  • Complete video interviews for 100% of shortlisted candidates and provide timely feedback to internal teams.

  • Participate in at least 90% of scheduled client discovery calls.

  • Strategically post job ads on social media expanding the reach of recruitment efforts.

  • Conduct effective candidate walkthroughs with clients ensuring a positive transition from selection to onboarding.

3 months:

  • Achieve a 20% reduction in the time taken to post job descriptions and increase the endorsementtohire ratio by 15%.

  • Achieve a 90% satisfaction rate from candidates transitioning to onboarding.

  • Implement at least 3 process improvements to reduce the overall timetofill metric.

  • Improve the percentage of successful hires by refining candidate assessment strategies.

6 months:

  • Achieve a 15% reduction in the average timetofill for open positions.

  • Improve the percentage of successful hires by refining candidate assessment strategies.

  • Achieve a 20% reduction in the time taken to post job descriptions and increase the endorsementtohire ratio by 15%

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with video interviewing platforms and ATS (Zoho preferred).

  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced global work environment.

  • Possess exceptional communication skills not only in conveying information but also in active listening

  • Exhibit a high degree of adaptability in navigating the fastpaced and dynamic nature of remote recruitment.

  • Can adjust strategies communication styles and processes to suit the unique requirements of different clients and industries.

  • Excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Possess a keen ability to assess candidates beyond the surface delving into their skills cultural fit and potential for longterm success within the clients organization.

  • Can employ a holistic approach to candidate evaluation.



Requirements

HomeBased Requirements:

  • Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 5 mbps

  • Quiet private home office free from noise background or distractions

  • Updated computer (desktop or laptop) excellent quality headset with microphone and a working webcam
