We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Night Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of the resort during night hours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the night operations including front desk housekeeping and security.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests staff and property during night hours.
• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage the night audit process including balancing and closing daily financial transactions.
• Supervise and train night staff ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to security alarm systems and emergency situations taking appropriate action as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and operations during night shifts.
• Perform regular rounds and inspections of the resort to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
• Prepare and distribute reports summarizing night operations and incidents.
• Assist in managing inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in computer systems including hotel property management systems.
• Flexibility to work night shifts weekends and holidays as required.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a luxury resort or 5star hotel.
• Familiarity with Irish hospitality industry and traditions.
• Experience in training and supervising staff members.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
