Job Responsibilities
- Communicating space planning needs with interior designers and architects and coordinating office buildout
- Overseeing setup of new office facilities on the newly acquired floor
- Manage contracts related to office operations including vendor agreements leasing contracts and other operational agreements
- Develop and implement streamlined processes and systems to enhance the efficiency of office operations catering to the companys rapid growth and evolving needs
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fastpaced and occasionally chaotic environment effectively managing unexpected challenges and solving problems as they arise
RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management space planning and contract management ideally in a fastpaced and rapidly growing company
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail and quality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in both English and German both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations displaying resilience and composure during challenging times
- Bachelor or similar education
