Are you a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Unifier Business Process Configuration? We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an Oracle Unifier Business Process Configuration Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in configuring, optimizing, and documenting business processes within the Oracle Unifier platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating business requirements into efficient, well-documented Unifier configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle Unifier Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Unifier to configure and customize business processes within the platform.
• Bringing Business Processes to Life: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate real-world business processes into functional workflows within Oracle Unifier.
• Understanding Unifier's Capabilities: Possess a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Unifier's Business Processes, enabling you to make informed configuration decisions.
• Synthesizing Process Documentation: Review and extract essential information from existing process documentation and use that information to design efficient business processes within Oracle Unifier.
• Developing Best Practices: Identify and recommend best practices and strategies for configuring and supporting business processes within Unifier, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
• Configuring Demo BPs: Create demonstration or prototype business processes within Oracle Unifier as needed to showcase the platform's capabilities.
• Documentation Production: Generate comprehensive documentation that outlines the configured business processes within Oracle Unifier, serving as a reference and training material.
• Collaboration with Business Analysts: Collaborate closely with the business analyst team, providing your expertise in Unifier configurations and supporting functional discussions to ensure that solutions meet the organization's business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience and expertise in Oracle Unifier Business Process Configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Unifier's features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Proficiency in synthesizing process documentation and translating it into effective Unifier configurations.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation for configured business processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with cross-functional teams and business analysts.
