1. Job Title: Experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a sed and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in yzing designing and implementing efficient and effective business processes within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct indepth ysis of existing business processes and workflows working closely with stakeholders to identify pain points inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and implement business process solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (ITOM Service Catalog & ITAM) and clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Provide expertise in ServiceNow and business processes to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
Create and maintain technical doentation and process maps.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 810 years of experience working with ServiceNow and business process ysis.
Experience in IRM.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM ITBM etc.).
Proficiency in business process modeling and ysis tools.
Excellent problemsolving and ytical ss.
Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Preferred Ss:
Experience with Agile odologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.
Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
