Job Description
Job Title: Oracle DBA (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Install configure and upgrade Oracle database software and related tools.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries for improved efficiency.
- Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Trouble and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and database design.
- Maintain doentation for database configurations procedures and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and administration.
- Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for query optimization and troubleing.
- Experience with Oracle RAC Data Guard and other high availability solutions.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies using RMAN.
- Excellent problemsolving ss and attention to detail.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
