Job SummaryThe Manager, Clinical Service promotes family-centered care by subscribing to and supporting Phoenix Children s mission and values. This position manages, evaluates, and supervises operational functions and activities of an assigned area by guiding and supporting staff. The Manager, Clinical Service also serves as a liaison with other departments to plan, implement, communicate, evaluate and coordinate patient care operations across the enterprise, while also facilitating quick resolution of issues to ensure excellence in a family centered care environment. This position has direct and indirect reports. Experience RequirementsFive years of experience in the specialty area or with a pediatric patient population that includes leadership and supervisory responsibilities. Education/Certification/License/Registry RequirementsBachelor s Degree in Nursing Master's degree in related field preferred Current AZ RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privilegesCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationCurrent PALS certification from the American Heart AssociationNational nursing or related certification (e.g. CPN, CCRN, CNML) preferred
