As a Community Outreach Advocate youll lead engagement efforts build partnerships and champion initiatives that foster meaningful connections within diverse communities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement diverse community outreach strategies to engage varied audiences effectively
- Cultivate strong relationships with community leaders organizations and stakeholders
- Coordinate and participate in community events workshops and outreach programs
- Act as a representative at community forums and meetings advocating for our organization
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to align outreach endeavors with our organizational goals
- Gather and analyze community feedback to enhance program effectiveness
- Produce reports and presentations detailing the impact of our outreach initiatives
Requirements
Proficiency in relationshipbuilding with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple outreach initiatives
- Passionate about community development and social impact
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills crucial for effective community engagement
0-6 years relevant experience in a leadership role, sales, marketing, communications, and/or customer service (hospitality, retail, and/or restaurant). Legally authorized to work in the United States Interest in developing customer and client partnerships. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
