globallyppstrongPurpose of the JobstrongppThe Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the multichannel acquisition marketing campaigns to deliver the revenue targets set ppThis includes planning budgets creative execution implementation and reporting on key performance metrics to maximise revenue and ROI In addition this role will be responsible for the management of our digital agencies in collaboration with the Head of Performance ppThe role will be measured both in terms of the successful delivery of agreed marketing campaigns volume of sales and revenue alongside delivering an agreed ROI ppstrongstrongKey ResponsibilitiesstrongstrongppReporting to the Head of BC Marketing EMEA your primary responsibilities will includepul liBuild out the annual Retail budget and marketing plan for the acquisition marketing activity li liDelivery of Retail membership acquisition campaigns for Priority Pass with key focus on digitalli liManage the relationship with our Digital Agency to define strategy and optimize digital channelsli liDeliver robust regular reporting that demonstrates the performance of membership acquisition activity sharing key insights and learnings to maximise sales and ROIli liTracking of marketing costs vs budgetli liDrive the campaigns test and learn strategies to maximise sales and marginsli liWork with inhouse and external design teams to build out creative assets for marketing campaignsli liBrief the Consumer Operations Team on campaign activity and setup requirements (pricingsource codesURLs landing page content) within agreed schedule li liDeliver consumer brand awareness campaigns to drive top of funnel prospects to support sales driven marketing campaigns and website salesli liManagement of a Marketing Executive to support on the execution of marketing campaigns and supporting reporting requirements liulpstrongstrongKnowledge Skills and Experience Requiredstrongstrongpul liExperience in a direct marketing position (international experience advantageous)liululliExperience working with and detailed knowledge of marketing within European marketsliliMust be a digital native with clearly demonstrable experience in digital and performance marketing techniques and social media channel usage with strong emphasis on lead generation and conversionliliEducated to degree levelliulul liMarketing qualification advantageousli liPrevious management experience advantageousli liStrong numerate and analytical skillsli liExcellent written and creative skillsli liThe ability to work to strict
