Oxley Barnes has partnered with a scale up organisation seeking to bring a head of engineering on board.
Responsibilities
Lead an engineering team currently 8 in number but expected to double in shortly size
Review and update current code base and infrastructure where necessary
Work with current management team to enhance strategy
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience leading engineering teams
Hiring and performance management
Knowledge of DevOps
Knowledge of one of the following: Python Java C# C Javascript Bash Testing Automation
