Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new customers in the Workday market segment.
- Set and execute the sales strategy for assigned territory and lead the development of a sales plan targeting new clients.
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to track progress and identify potential issues.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the new logos segment.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the executive team.
