Job Description
- Identify strategic learning Gaps in the top management level
- Training Program Design Developing and designing effective training programs that align with organizational objectives and address identified needs This includes selecting appropriate training methods and materials and determining evaluation criteria
- Training Delivery Facilitating training sessions or workshops to deliver the designed programs This may involve conducting inperson or virtual training sessions utilizing various instructional techniques and adapting the delivery to meet the needs of different learner groups
- Performance Consulting Providing consultative support to management and stakeholders on performance improvement strategies Collaborating with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify performance gaps and develop targeted solutions
- Technologyoriented Staying uptodate with training technology trends and tools
- Industry Knowledge Keeping up with industry trends best practices and advancements in training and development workshops and professional development activities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills
Job Requirements - A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Organizational Development Education or a related discipline is typically required
- years of experience in the Training field
- Experience in delivering training in the following subjects Strategic Management Sales and Operations
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs preferably in a corporate or organizational setting Experience in conducting training needs assessments developing training materials and evaluating training effectiveness is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge and expertise in training and development principles adult learning theories instructional design methodologies and training delivery techniques
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs identify performance gaps and develop targeted solutions The ability to analyze data evaluate training effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations for improvement is essential
- Consulting skills such as problemsolving and influencing are valuable
- MBA/ DPA instructor is highly preferred
