SCG Healthcare Talent is currently recruiting "Respiratory Therapist" for a largest medical center in Texas.

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders
  
• Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen, inhaled medications, and mechanical ventilation
  
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to develop treatment plans
  
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  
• Educate patients and families on self-management and disease prevention
  
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
  
• Stay current with advancements in respiratory therapy techniques and equipment

Requirements

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy
  
• State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
  
• Basic computer proficiency.
