## Responsibilities: 📍Help the support team quickly and efficiently serve Wallet customers by creating convenient and transparent reports and analyzing them. 📍Identify and resolve data-related issues to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the support team. 📍Oversee the process of collecting and delivering data on support activities. You won’t have to write ETL yourself, but you must understand the sources and communicate tasks to DE clearly and understandably. 📍Handle ad-hoc requests for support managers and company executives. 📍Create and maintain reports and dashboards. 📍Collaborate with development, support, and product teams. ## Requirements: 📍You have a higher education degree in mathematics, information technology, or economics. 📍You have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics and/or process optimization. 📍You are proficient in SQL, and capable of writing complex queries. 📍You have worked with analytical databases (ClickHouse, Vertica, etc.) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SuperSet, etc.). 📍You have experience writing Python scripts for data processing. 📍It would be great if you have experience with Apache Airflow. 📍You have English language skills at a B2 level or higher
