Restaurant General Manager - Fast-food

Fast-Food General ManagerRequirements:

• At least three years of General Manager experience in fast-casual or fast-food with a brand that has fryers
• Annual revenue experience of at least $3M supported by a team of around one-hundred
• New restaurant opening experience is a big plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Proven success in developing and retaining a best-in-class team
• Exceptional experience communicating and adhering to brand standards
• Two weeks of training in Southern California
