Assistant Property Manager Kansas City MO

Centurion Analytics LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for our client to help manage a Multifamily Property in Kansas City, MO. The Property Manager handles all phases of property operations. Customer Service, leadership and strong fiscal management are key attributes for this role as you lead the daily operations and onsite staff of this community.

As the Assistant Property Manager, you would be responsible for assisting with resident relations, resident issue resolution, leasing, property maintenance, personnel functions, budget control, monitoring market conditions and advertising. Your office would be responsible for rent collection, accounting and marketing, and maintaining up-to-date records for the property. In this role, youmaybe responsible for residential property takeover and transfer activities and for hiring and supervising office staff, maintenance, and grounds teams.

• Kansas City, MO 64105: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (Highly preferred but not required)
  
• 1-2 years of property management experience (required)
  
• 2+ years of lease administration experience (preferred)
  
• Accounting and financial reporting experience
  
• Marketing experience including understanding of market conditions
  
• LIHTC properties experience (preferred)
  
• Property Management software experience
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Competency in MS Office, Yardi, and relevant databases and software
  
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, state landlord-tenant laws and other property management rules and regulations
  
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background screening
