• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other
  
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat
  
• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new sales
  
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential
  
• Negotiating sales contracts and closing
  
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and
  
• Keeping accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM
  
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company
  
• Providing customer service and addressing customer complaints or
  
• Continuously updating their product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of the products or services that they are selling
  
• Understanding of the sales process, including how to generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline
  
• Familiarity with sales software and technology, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
