Operations: Ensure smooth running of the operations of the restaurants (Miami &New York)by providing necessary support and guidance to the Outlet General Managers/Restaurant Managers by supporting and monitoring daily operations, food hygiene, HACCP guidelines, implementing and following SOP s of the Outlets, etc
Development: work with the owner of the group to open the new venues in the US under different brands.
Be the focal point of communication for the Group and the owner
Be abreast with the new industry trends. Conduct competitive analysis of pricing and offering.
Finance: To establish and achieve Outlet s annual financial budget forecasts, i.e. meet / maximizes the monthly revenue and GOP targets by exercising a constant control of the operational expenses. Have control on P&L, food cost, Beverage cost, & net profits.
Budgets: Have control on operational budget, Capex, pre-opening budget, forecasts, ensure that manning guides are adhered to.
To confer with the Outlet General Managers/Restaurant In charge on reports, forecasts, budget, marketing plan, festivals and special promotions.
To keep abreast of competitive trends, new products, and legislation.
Purchasing: Negotiate pricing and ensure contracts are followed correctly.
Maintenance: Follow up on weekly reports/ log books to ensure that the issues are rectified in a timely manner.
Marketing: Drive business and be creative.
Special Events: Maintain a calendar of events for each entity, follow up of all these events and ensuring its success.
Strategy: Follow company s vision and actively engage in communicating to others.
Recruitment: Support recruitment to be in line with manning budget and as per the Outlet standards and nationality mix.
HR: Be proactive in initiating all staff welfare activities, adherence to Policies & Procedures, carry out disciplinary, performance management, succession planning, ensuring legal compliance with staffing etc
Ensures employees develop their skills to the highest level possible and provides guidance as they progress through their careers.
Identifies employees with high potential and gains validation. Ensures high potentials are followed up effectively and that they are given personalised support.
Develops team spirit and motivation by creating a good working atmosphere
Legal: To ensure that for the outlets featuring live entertainment, all legal documents are obtained in advance and copies are distributed to all concerned key personnel i.e. NOC, etc. in a timely manner.
To ensure that all outlet operations adhere to the legal framework and requirements.
To lead by example, adopting a positive attitude to keep the team spirit at its highest level.
PR: Liaise on a regular basis with all stakeholders.
