Job Description

Understand company s vision and align all HR functions related to Work Culture Management,

System Analysis, Talent Acquisition, Statutory Compliance

Using social media platforms for cross functional recruitment of Technical / Digital / Contact

Center

Devising policies for Manpower Analysis, Resource Management, Employee Engagement and

Planning Incentive Programs, Compensation and Benefits, Appraisal Cycle

Designing process management tools for Training, Performance Management, Learning and

Development across

Managing overall HR Statutory Compliance and all employee queries, requests related to the

Responsible for driving post Covid19 organizational change through modern and innovative

Degree in Human Resources or related

10 - 15 years of work experience in Human Resource
