Open Position: Product Development & Management Specialist (IT Tech-based Company)

An IT Tech-based Company in Malaysia is currently looking for Product Development & Management Specialist to join the team and be based in the Selangor

Key requirements include:

• Lead the vision and execution of product roadmap of IT Architecture and Software Solutions platform development
  
• Ability to translate customers and partners needs into the businesss products by strong understanding of Software Design and UX Design methodology
  
• Collaborate with Software Engineer, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineer, and IT Support Team to ensure requirements are fully understood and implementation plans match to expectation
  
• Perform functional assessment and make recommendation on new emerging IT products or technologies
  
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology including defining and identifying business requirements
  
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who enjoy working in positive and productive environment
  
• Strong in communication and presentation skills
