YOUR MISSION

  • You will be the main CS Manager for our English speaking customers and assist them with their questions and concerns.
  • As member of our international team you will also support our English speaking customers.
  • As part of the Operations department, you will work closely with other teams to ensure that our customers always receive the most up-to-date information.
  • As part of our international team, you will be closely coordinated to help build yfood into an international brand.
  • You will help refine our processes and provide data-driven recommendations for the further expansion of our international markets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Successfully completed commercial training, studies or similar qualification
  • Previous professional experience in direct customer contact is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Ideal but not necessary: 2rd language (Polish, German or French)
  • Ideal but not necessary: Basic knowledge of ecommerce/yfood
  • Ideal but not necessary: Firsthand experience with customer support tools (Zendesk or similar)
