On behalf of our client who is a Social Service Agency, we are looking for qualified personnel to join them asManager, Procurement & Operations.
Key Role Descriptions/Responsibilities:
- Implement procurement strategies for the organisation; Develop the policies and work processes to manage the procurement risk of the organization
- Assist in the development and implementation of capability development initiatives to improve procurement outcomes
- Provide periodic review and analysis to management on procurement matters in compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform procurement process for contract tender; sourcing, invitation, and monitoring the timeline for evaluation of suppliers submissions
- Ensure end users compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
- Supervise, manage and provide guidance to the procurement & administrator on the day-to-day procurement support, annual bulk contracts tender, approved vendors list, audits and etc
- Act as the point of contact between suppliers and users division/department to handle all queries and clarifications to ensure a fair and transparent process Key

- This role reports to the Finance Director.
- Work location : Bukit Timah
The remuneration package includes AWS (13th month) and variable bonus.

Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in procurement or supply chain
- At least 8 years of experience in the scope of work described with at least 2 years as a manager
- Customer-centric, responsive to stakeholders, and has a strong sense of urgency
- Well-versed in strategic sourcing and purchasing processes
- Proven track records in sourcing and procurement operations management, driving successful process improvement and system implementation
- Able to work independently and proactively resolve problems within established parameters
- Advantageous with prior experience in a non-profit organization
