Tools & Automation Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operations processes to find gaps and bottlenecks and recommend best work processes and propose supporting software solutions if needed.
• Collaborate with multiple units to achieve short-term and long-term operations excellence targets.
• Design, implement and deploy highly available and scalable cloud-based solutions to fulfill the managed services operations business needs.
• Lead software and infrastructure life cycle management for the developed solutions.
• Act as a technical project manager in transformation roadmap projects

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile software development methodologies.
• Heavy hands-on experience in cloud development and management background.
• Strong experience in DevOps and cloud observability stack (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
• Experience in front-end and backend development technologies (Java/python/nodejs/angular JS) cross-platform frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in bigdata solutions and heavy data transformation pipelines with document, SQL and NoSQL based data sources.
• Advanced understanding of webservices, CORBA, SNMP, AMQP, SMPP and other communication and integration protocols
