(Automotive) Manager - Business Development - Warehouse Automation

• Formulate and drive strategy for sales and marketing including but not limited to sales negotiation, pricing, incentive, services and conditions
  
• Develop roadmap and pipelines of new business based on product requirement and input from the engineering team
  
• Work with project teams to execute project plans
  
• Proposed product roadmaps based on market changes
  
• Build up customer network and build up strong ties with them.
  
• Maintain a global pricing strategy based on market changes
  
• Resolve price situations where material cost may increase with regional exchange rates and volume consideration with customers
  
• Schedule and reschedule tooling construction schedules based on internal and vendor capacity
  
• Participate in gross margin adjustment or other concessions to secure business
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering disciplines
  
• Min 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales or key account management
  
• Global customers management experience
  
• Engineering knowledge in either micro-motor/sensor/actuator, or application engineering knowledge in warehouse automation a definite advantage
  
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  
• Strong business acumen
  
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
  
• Based in Hong Kong with frequent travels
