Our establishment is a recruitment and an outsourcing firm, Due to our continued growth and ever increasing market presence we are looking to hire an ambitious HR CONSULTANT to work within our small but top performing team based in Lagos Nigeria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies and company-specific models
- Recommend solutions and providing advice on HR policies, procedures, processes
- Overseeing the implementation and integration of new policies, procedures, tools, and strategies.
- Monitoring and reviewing human capital analytics to evaluate the efficacy of new policies.
- Give analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Being involved in recruitment and managing the hiring process
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR consultant.
- Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills and experience
- Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities.
