Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for quality testing for large scale eCommerce and Web applications in a fast paced agile and scrum environment and contribute to automation frameworks and tools
Develops software quality assurance (SQA) test plans for assigned projects by determining exact testing scope for assigned projects; determining data and environmental requirements; and determining schedule of test deliverables.
Responsible for automation of tests as part of requirement and testing phase and integrating them with the scheduling and CI/CD systems
Identifies regression tests and enhances regression suites ongoing basis
Contribute to test frameworks, test tools, and automation

Skills Required:
Relevant experience as part of QA team ( manual and automation testing)
Experience developing automation scripts to maintain stability of automation test data across distributed applications systems using Java, JUnit and TestNG.
Experience with Bug tracking Systems like JIRA
Experience with CI systems like Jenkins
Experience working with data bases such as Cassandra , MySQL
Familiar with UI Automation(including Selenium-based automation), Backend automation REST web services and/or constructing database queries

Note : Experience in e-commerce domain.
