Job Scope:
- Identify new markets for exports and develop new business accounts.
- Plan sales campaign to suit with target country and current consumer trends.
- Deal with forwarder for quotation and documentation and ensure smooth delivery to overseas customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and meet sales targets.
- Email and follow up all leads/prospects.
- Maintains good rapport with customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trend.
- Responsible for overseas customer inquiries pertaining to quotations, products, samples, registration, shipments, artworks, visitation and payments.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Enjoy meeting people and making changes.
- Seeking satisfaction in negotiations
- At least 2 years experience in international sales.
- Possess own transport and able to travel.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay. Mandarin communication is an advantage.
- Great communication skills.
