[HCMC/Hanoi] Project Manager (Consulting Background)

• Execute project tasks, including gathering data and requirements, analyzing data, documenting processes, crafting solutions, and preparing executive presentations.
  
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships, in particular with the Research Division. Demonstrate an understanding of technology and technology projects.
  
• Carry out project management activities, including project planning, resource planning, status reporting, and risk and issue tracking.
  
• Work with senior management to enable the delivery of a portfolio of projects, both large and small
  
• Consult on business requirements with partners and translate these requirements into solutions
  
• Provide support to others who are responsible for implementing and maintaining business requirements
  
• Identify process challenges and implement appropriate corrections
  
• Develop systems and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
  

Requirements

• Master s degree from a top university in Business, Technology or a Quantitative field
  
• At least 5 years of experience in quantitative finance, business consulting or project management function in the quantitative/data-driven domain is required
  
• Deep understanding of how quantitative research processes
  
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality, progressive reports in an easy to understand format
  
• Being comfortable working with senior management; willing to offer suggestions and opinions
  
• Validated experience with driving and leading high impact projects
  
• Ability to interpret and translate business needs into measurable practices
  
• Programming experience to: query databases, run simulations and backtests and display results using the latest visualization tools/packages
  
• Capability of building trust through demonstrated competence and ability to execute upon results
  
• Being mature and thoughtful, with the ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented culture
  
• Motivated by the transformational effects of technology-at-scale
  
• Excellent problem solving ability with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
