Job Description
- Sales Representative is accountable for delivering target daily/weekly and Monthly volume
- Achieve visibility goal of the brand in the assigned territory
- Develop and implement sales activities including sales channel creation, product sampling, as well as customer and consumer engagement.
- Educate consumers on the benefits of Amber brand
- Prepare status reports, journey plan and competition activities on the field
- Communicate special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to line manager
- Identify, handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships.
- Follow-up for collection of payment
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
Requirements
The Ideal candidate must have:
1. HND or B.sc in Marketing or any management related field
2. 1-3 working experience in sales A(FMCG cycle only)
3. Must have worked with Nestle, Cadbury, or any drinks company
4. Ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage
