Lead QA Tester

TITLE: Lead QA Tester- 100% Remote

START DATE: Dec/Jan 2022/2023

Lead QA Tester with experience with manual and automated testing for integrated applications. To be considered, you must have experience as a lead QA for a team of at least 3 testers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of testing projects on a team moving from manual to automated testing.
• Work with various project teams that use a variety of agile/hybrid waterfall methodologies.
• Host and facilitate test scenarios, test case reviews, and issue reviews for ongoing projects
• Review, analyze and evaluate business needs and develop requirements for projects and enhancements consistent with company strategies.
• Develop, write, and maintain test schedule plan, manual to automation test strategies, and completing tests within the estimated time frame
• Produce test status reports and summaries with the ability to speak to the suggested resolution
• Designate and assign tasks to testers as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years of overall QA/Tester experience with at least 2 years of experience as a lead tester
• Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Experience writing/editing/executing automated tests
• Experience using automated testing tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be eligible to work in the USA for any employer, as sponsorship is unavailable now.
