Customer Service Representative (m/f/x) - Berlin

Your Tasks

• You are the first contact person and consultant for any questions our Italian customers and patients might have
• You reply to requests from our customers by phone and by mail / social media / communities like Facebook and Instagram
• By replying to the wishes and concerns of our customers by using Salesforce, you become a Salesforce rockstar
• You are outcome-oriented and customer-focused and you help our customers make the right decision
• You receive feedback from our customers with an open mind and together with your team you actively strive to improve the structures
• You cultivate relations with our customers and achieve customer satisfaction through creating the ideal customer journey

Your Skills

• You have job experience in the fields of customer service, customer consultant, retail, hotel business or catering OR you are a strong communicator and a committed career changer
• You are a humorous and easy-going team player, you keep your cool even in the most hectic situations and you would like to bring our service to the next level
• You are reliable and work very organized
• Big plus: you have some experience with complaint management or escalation management
• You can communicate perfectly in Italian and English, verbally and in written form (German is a plus)
