Your Skills
You have job experience in the fields of customer service, customer consultant, retail, hotel business or catering OR you are a strong communicator and a committed career changer
You are a humorous and easy-going team player, you keep your cool even in the most hectic situations and you would like to bring our service to the next level
You are reliable and work very organized
Big plus: you have some experience with complaint management or escalation management
You can communicate perfectly in Italian and English, verbally and in written form (German is a plus)
